Spring Soup

  • 4 cup's of chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp of fresh garlic
  • 2 tsp lemon
  • 1 tsp of basil
  • 1 tsp of oregano
  • 1 tsp dried onion
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 3 cups of pasta
  • 1/2 cup chopped vegetables - i like carrots, corn and spinach


  1. Pour Chicken broth into medium sauce pan and bring to a boil
  2. Add diced carrots and pasta and cook until pasta is firm
  3. Add garlic, lemon, basil, oregano, onion, salt and pepper while the pasta cooks
  4. Add any other vegetables for the last few minutes of cooking.
